- Public property records. Owner names, mailing addresses and parcel information obtained from county records and licensed data providers.
- Contact information. Phone numbers and email addresses, obtained from public records, licensed data providers, or directly from you.
- Information you give us when you reply to a message, call, or email us.
How we use it
We use this information for one purpose: to contact property owners about potentially purchasing their land, and to communicate with people who respond to us. We do not use it for any other marketing.
We do not sell or share your mobile information
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All categories of the above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate, such as our messaging platform, closing attorney, or title company, and only as needed to do that work, or where required by law.
Text messages
If we text you, every message identifies us and tells you how to stop. Reply STOP to any message and we will not text you again. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We maintain an internal do-not-contact list and we honor opt-out requests immediately and permanently across all future campaigns.
Your choices
- Stop text messages — reply STOP to any message.
- Stop all contact — email us and we will remove you from every list we hold.
- Ask what we hold — email us and we will tell you, and delete it on request.
Data security and retention
We keep information in access-controlled systems and retain it only as long as needed for the purpose above, or as required by law. Records of opt-out requests are retained permanently so that we can continue to honor them.
Children
Our business is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
